The Tesa Autolift 4 is available for a recommended retail price of €4,250, including installation. Because every motorhome is unique and installation requirements may vary, your dealer will always provide you with a customised quote.

If a standard installation is not possible, for example because modifications to the vehicle are required, or if additional work is needed to install the supports (for example, if other equipment is installed under the motorhome in the place where the supports are to be installed), you will of course first receive a quote for any additional work.

With the TESA AUTOLIFT4 system, you have access to four support legs that automatically level your motorhome.

Each support has an active thrust of 2000 kg and a static strength of 5000 kg. The system uses an average of only 12A, whereas hydraulic systems quickly require 30 to 70A.

The TESA System is fully electromechanical. This means: No risk of oil leaks, maintenance-free operation and reliable performance, even under the most extreme weather conditions.

Thanks to the 7-layer coating on the galvanised legs and the fully shielded moving parts, the system is highly resistant to corrosion, water, brine, mud and sand. This ensures that the mechanism continues to function smoothly in all weather conditions.

With the AUTOLIFT2 system, you have two support legs that can be placed under the front or rear of your motorhome, allowing you to easily level it using a wall panel, remote control or app.

The Autolift2 system is ideal for travellers on a limited budget, or where a system with four support legs is not possible.

Automatic or manual operation

The TESA Autolift is a 4-support system. Each support can lift up to 2,000 kg. The total vehicle weight may be 5,500 kg. The automatically controlled use of the supports ensures that the system is positioned horizontally in a fully automatic manner. The system always works in pairs of two supports to prevent torsional forces. This prevents damage caused by incorrect lifting of the chassis.

Easy to operate

One of the biggest advantages of a TESA Autolift levelling system is, of course, that everything happens automatically. Once you switch on the levelling system via the control panel, you can also use the remote control to level (or unlevel) the bed as desired. Additional functions can be used from the control panel or the mobile app.

Excellent quality

The structure is manufactured in the same factory as the FIAT chassis and meets the same strict quality requirements. Whereas standard systems often have only one protective layer, TESA’s galvanised base has a high-quality 7-layer coating. This guarantees optimum protection against salt, moisture and corrosion — exactly what you expect from your motorhome chassis.

The safest choice

The supports can only be used when the vehicle’s handbrake is applied. When the handbrake is released or the vehicle is started, a warning signal is activated. This alerts the driver that the supports must first be retracted. Naturally, there is an emergency procedure in place for when the supports need to be retracted without electronic assistance.

Easy assembly

The TESA Autolift level system comes with supports, a central unit, cables, a remote control and a control panel. The accompanying accessories, which can be used to extend the column length from 300 mm to 420 mm if necessary, are also included as standard. The stroke length is always 180 mm. Standard adapters are available for many chassis types.

The TESA levelling system can be fitted to most types of motorhomes and coaches. If the height of the chassis to the ground is 34 cm or more, installation is almost always possible. Standard adapters are available for the most commonly used chassis types to make installation easy.
