With a camper leveling system, you can automatically level your camper with just a push of a button. Once you experience the comfort of an automatic leveling system for your camper or caravan, you won’t want to go back. In addition to the ease of leveling your camper automatically, a leveling system provides more comfort during your stay in the camper. The leveling system eliminates any rocking or swaying, making your vehicle as stable as your home. This means you no longer feel every step or movement you make inside your camper, which makes cooking and sleeping in your mobile vacation home much more enjoyable.

Benefits of a camper leveler
A camper offers many advantages in terms of comfort, but it is still a heavy vehicle that requires the right approach to make the most of it. When you arrive at a parking spot, manually leveling and stabilizing your camper can be time-consuming and require a lot of effort. The TESA AUTOLIFT camper leveling system is the solution for such situations. Thanks to powerful motors, it takes over the vehicle’s stabilization, automatically leveling it horizontally. The TESA AUTOLIFT leveling system ensures that your camper is fully stable and level, providing you with an elevated level of comfort. Read below for more benefits of a camper leveler.
No need for leveling blocks anymore
With a camper leveler, you no longer need to drive your camper onto leveling blocks. It’s the perfect solution for many campers who have struggled for hours to level their camper on uneven camp spots. You can, of course, use a spirit level, stabilizing blocks, and manual support legs. But this is a time-consuming task that nobody wants to deal with after a long journey. That’s where a TESA leveling system comes in handy, allowing you to start your vacation quickly.
Less hassle more comfort
Mechanical leveling systems have several advantages over hydraulic systems:
- Shorter and simpler installation, making them more cost-effective.
- Environmentally friendly; hydraulic installations may not be allowed in certain environmental situations.
- Low weight, with a total weight of approximately 60-65 kg (depending on the vehicle type).
- Hydraulic systems require both power and a hydraulic pump, while electromechanical systems only need electricity.
- Lower power consumption, averaging just 12A (compared to hydraulic systems’ 30 to 70A).

The TESA Autolift leveling system features supports galvanized with 7 layers for durability and waterproofing.
The system is available with two or four supports (semi- or completely automatic)
The TESA AUTOLIFT leveling system has a 12V lever system that functions with all standard vehicles.
The TESA AUTOLIFT is a 4-support system, and each support can lift up to 2000 kg. The total vehicle weight can be up to 5500 kg. The automatic controlled use of the supports ensures that the system is fully automatically leveled. There are two modes:
- System-driven mode
- Manual mode
In both modes, the system is quickly stabilized if the ground is not too steep. The control system always operates in pairs of two supports to prevent torsional forces. This eliminates the risk of damaging the chassis by improper lifting.
One of the major advantages of a TESA AUTOLIFT leveling system is, of course, that everything happens automatically. Once you activate the leveling system using the control panel, you can also perform leveling (or de-leveling) as needed with the remote control. Some functions may only be accessible from the control panel.
The galvanized construction originates from the FIAT factory, ensuring optimal resistance to weather conditions and other factors that can affect the material. The factory employs a 7-layer galvanization process, as opposed to a single layer, similar to what is used for the chassis.
In general, leveling systems are quite expensive, but the TESA systems are attractively priced.
The supports can only be used when the vehicle is on the handbrake. When the handbrake is released or the vehicle is started, a warning signal is activated. This informs the driver that the supports must be retracted first. Of course, there is an emergency procedure in place for retracting the supports without electronic assistance.
Upon delivery of the TESA AUTOLIFT leveling system, the supports, central unit, cables, remote control, and control panel are included. The accompanying accessories that allow the column length to be extended from 300 mm to 420 mm if necessary are also standard equipment. The stroke length is always 180 mm.
A mechanical system offers several advantages:
- It operates without oil, which means minimal maintenance is required.
- It is ideal for use in extreme temperatures due to the absence of oil.
- It is minimally affected by lateral pressure.
- It is not susceptible to dust particles that could affect the system.
- It doesn’t lose power during extended use or when there’s insufficient oil.
